Spent some solitude time at our underground photography hide overlooking a waterhole. Watch herds of elephants splashing around with water and hyenas passing by for a sip of water. The hide is not only known for its spectacular elephant sightings but is also regular visited by hyena, leopard and many bird species; even hunting owls at night. Maximize your photographic potential by booking a photography course here at our camps.
A destination for the experienced guest, this is more than a photography course, it’s an immersive adventure into the remote wilderness of Botswana.
Based at the Koro Island Camp, set on a shaded beautiful, undisturbed bank of the Limpopo River, living in symbiotic harmony with some of the rarest species of animals and plants.
This course focuses on practical hands-on creative techniques during excursions with theory lessons each day.
The course is given by Kim Mcleod, well known for her photographs in the bestseller ‘an elephant in my kitchen’ and for her courses at the Thula Thula game reserve.
