Both catered with simple meals as well as for the self-catering guests it offers a unique opportunity to explore the Tuli in an affordable yet very comfortable way. The 4 tents comprise of a large ‘meru type’ tent overlooking the river, with a bathroom en-suite and are perched under the most magnificent ancient Nyla Berry trees, thus providing you with cooling shade. The Meru Style tents have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower only with bathroom amenities. Each tent has a private braai (BBQ) facility and looks out onto the Limpopo River.
Welcome to the Harena River Camp
We are very proud to announce a unique venture in the Central Tuli! Together with the Molema Community Trust we developed, constructed and operating this beautiful camp in this virtual undisturbed wilderness area. The area is no less close to 5000 hectares and offers lions, leopards, herds of elephants, eland, and the illusive Brown Hyena. On top of this it is home to a large breeding colony of cape vultures and thousands of bee eaters. The camp has an authentic and rustic feeling.
